All the extras Birth has been releasing, such as sparkly eyes, butt jiggles, deformers, etc. are great fun, but personally I’m quite happy that they have also been focusing a bit more on skins this past year and have created some really nice ones for the Lelutka EvoX mesh heads. One of the more recent skins Birth released, is named Rick and they are showing it on the Lelutka Eon head. Naturally I had to try this on a different head myself, to make it my own. The result is similar, yet different, as so often is the case when one starts fooling around with heads.
Rick has leading-man filmstar looks with a rockstar edge. He still looks youthful enough to be considered young, but looks mature enough to be taken seriously in this ridiculous patriarchy-run world we live in, but maybe he uses that power for good and supports feminist causes? Many gay men do, as they realise that gender equality often has been and still is the precursor to stronger LGBTQIA+ rights. On the other hand, there such a thing as a TERF… Now, can someone tell me how I got from a Birth skin to political philosophy and sexual orientation? I took a strange turn somewhere. Then again, I’m hopeless at taking directions, so I guess that explains it.

I’ve created my own shape (and brow shape) for this look and as I’m feeling generous I’m making it available as an xml file on my Buy Me A Coffee page. You’ll also find an explanation there how you can import this file in Second Life™ and an extra pic. There’s no need to actually buy me a virtual coffee to grab these freebies, so just do it if you feel like supporting your favourite SL blogger 😉
